The AIFC Court and IAC Moot Competition is a prestigious student simulation of a common law court hearing, offering law students a unique opportunity to analyse a legal problem, prepare written submissions, and present oral arguments in English before senior AIFC Court judges with extensive common law experience. The competition contributes to the development of young lawyers and promotes international standard dispute resolution within Kazakhstan, the wider Eurasia region, and globally.

First held in 2018, the Moot has become an annual event involving university teams from across the region and providing participants with intensive training and invaluable practical experience essential for aspiring legal professionals.
