The AIFC Court and IAC jointly organise an annual high school student mediation and negotiation competition aimed at developing international-standard dispute resolution skills, with a particular focus on mediation and negotiation. Through supervised training, mentoring, and interactive competitions, students gain practical skills to manage conflicts effectively in both professional and personal contexts.

First held in 2022, the competition forms part of the AIFC Court and IAC’s broader commitment to developing mediation in Kazakhstan. Delivered by CEDR-accredited international mediators, the programme includes specialised training for selected high school students, with all participants offered a place on the AIFC Court and IAC Internship Programme.
