Course Structure:

The programme consists of two online тренингке sessions, held on Tuesdays, 9 & 16 September 2025, covering key topics:

• Introduction to the AIFC Court procedural rules & code of conduct, and written заңгерлерден білім алыңыз. мансабыңызды тренингке;
• Oral заңгерлерден білім алыңыз. тренингке: cross-examination, opening and closing submissions.

The programme also includes in-person sessions, offering participants the opportunity to prepare and argue an interim application during a mock hearing at the AIFC Court:

• Mock hearing to practice the заңгерлерден білім алыңыз. мансабыңызды in an interim measures application. 

The Astana in-person sessions will be held on 22-23 September 2025, and the Almaty in-person sessions will be held on 24 September 2025 in Almaty. Participants will receive case materials, based on real life scenarios. оқыту: and support will be provided to prepare present arguments for or against an interim relief application.

Important notes: 

In-person participation is required in either Astana or Almaty, and participants will receive individual feedback throughout the course and during the final session from experienced international lawyers at Clyde & Co LLP in London.
