This training will explore how insights from behavioural sciences and how legal decision making by lawyers, arbitrators, and judges can be affected by limited capacity, limited attention, various heuristics and biases, and other psychological factors. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of these psychological factors, how they impact legal reasoning and judgment, and practical strategies to manage and improve decision making in legal contexts.
