The AIFC Court and IAC are independent of the judicial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan but cooperate closely with the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court, and other national courts on matters of mutual interest. The cooperation significantly enhances the promotion and understanding of the contribution that is being made by the AIFC Court and IAC to Kazakhstan as a modern and safe place in which to do business.

The AIFC Court and IAC Training Series on International Dispute Resolution Best Practices is an annual event that attracts legal professionals from across the Republic of Kazakhstan. This training programme is designed to equip judges and training judges with the latest best practices in international dispute resolution.
